Wan Ahmad Isamuddin bin Wan Osman

Isamuddin started his career as Legal Assistant in Messrs. Peter Lai, Rajoo & Aiza back in his hometown, Kuantan where he has been appointed to lead the litigation department. He exposed to various litigation cases inter alia, a wide spectrum of general civil litigation matters covering mostly Banking litigation, Contract disputes, Land disputes, Divorce matters as well as Probate & Administration matters.

He was also exposed in Conveyancing matters specifically in sub-sales agreement and has been given the opportunities to draft several mining, sand and logging agreements.

In 2014, Isamuddin ceased his practice to pursuit his Syariah studies and successfully graduated his second degree in LL.B. (Syariah)(Hons.) from IIUM in 2015. He later joined Messrs. Zulkafli Rani & Co. and Messrs. Seah & Co. for a short period of time.

From November 2016 to July 2022, Isamuddin joined Messrs. Jayadeep, Hari & Jamil in Kuala Lumpur and oversaw the Debt Recovery Department. He has been exposed to diverse experiences in handling litigation cases including commercial, corporate, probate, industrial and civil case representing wide range of clients from individual and corporate entities.

Isamuddin also previously in charge to handle litigation cases with several reputable corporate entities in Malaysia among others Tenaga Nasional Berhad, POS Malaysia Berhad, PETROLIAM Nasional Berhad and Perbadanan Aset Keretapi and others.

Isamuddin’s main area of practice are debt recovery, contractual disputes, tenancy disputes, land disputes and probate & administration matters.

In the course of his practice, he has been exposed to both contentious and noncontentious litigation matters, having to his credit appearance the lower court up to the court of appeal.
