Messrs. Mohd Faiz, Sharifah Munirah & Associates was established in June 2019. The predecessors of this practice were Messrs. Sharifah Munirah & Associates, which was in existence from March 2019. Puan Sharifah Munirah binti Syed Bakhtiar Ariffin resigned from the firm in November 2019, allowing the growth and development of the firm to continue under the leadership of Encik Mohd Faiz bin Mohd Ayob, the firm's present managing partner. The firm rebranded as Messrs. Faiz, Bakhtiar & Isamuddin, commercially known as FBILaw, in 2022, aspiring from Encik Mohd Faiz bin Mohd Ayob and his like-minded partners Encik Muhammad Bakhtiar bin Haji Roslan and Encik Wan Ahmad Isamuddin bin Wan Osman.
Together, they built the firm by taking care of its people and delivering the highest levels of service to clients, all the while anchored to the tenets of justice and dedication. Its focus is in the niche practice areas of civil & Syariah litigation, probate and will, conveyancing, corporate and criminal. The firm's work principally covers land matter transactions, debt recovery, dispute resolution, defence work and commercial transactions in these specialist areas.
This diversification of litigation, Syariah, conveyancing and corporate experience justifies our ability to serve the needs of our clients. We aim to understand our clients' business and individual needs and provide innovative, practical and effective solutions, and we always carry out our duties with full integrity, solid team work and an orientation for excellence.

The beginnings
Messrs. Sharifah Munirah & Associates, the predecessor of the practice, was established.

A developing practice
Messrs. Mohd Faiz, Sharifah Munirah & Associates was established. Following Puan Sharifah Munirah's departure in November, the practice continued under Mohd Faiz's leadership.

The firm rebranded as Faiz, Bakhtiar & Isamuddin, bringing together the three partners under the name FBILaw.
