Qualifications & Career
Faiz holds LL.B. (Hons.) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He underwent his pupillage by reading in chambers at Messrs. Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohd Radzi & Partners in Kuala Lumpur. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya on 14th May 2012.
Experience
Faiz was then engaged by the Messrs. Theselim, Mohd Sahal & Co. as their legal assistant. Desirous of wider professional experience and challenges, he left the firm after 2 years and joined several law firms as legal assistant and thereafter Amanah Raya Berhad as the Compliance Officer.
Faiz has gained extensive and valuable experiences in legal practice and left confident enough to practice on his own, then entering his law firm, under the name of Messrs. Mohd Faiz, Sharifah Munirah & Associates as a Partner. On 1st August 2022, he is currently the Managing Partner of Messrs. Faiz, Bakhtiar & Isamuddin.
Areas of Practice
Since practicing in 2012, Faiz acquired wide experience. His practice largely encompasses disputes pertaining to Contract, Corporate, Commercial, Criminal and Family as well as Employment Law.
Faiz mainly deals with the drafting and preparation of Conveyancing documentation such as Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation, Auction Matter and any various matter related to thereto. He also handles leases and tenancy agreements, as well as powers of attorneys.
